      Welcome to the Wisconsin Society of Certified Public Managers® (WSCPM) Web Site!  We are a cadre of management professionals dedicated to excellence in government.  The purpose of WSCPM is to improve the quality of managers in the public sector through promotion of comprehensive training, professional growth and high ethical standards of behavior.  Individuals become eligible for membership while attending classes conducted  by the Wisconsin Certified Public Manager® Program or after graduation from the program
